Stamping production
Total area of stamping shop is 19 805 m2, number of employees is 220 people. Production capacity of stamping shop allows manufacturing about 170 000 mid-sized parts a year.
The scope of stamping production includes different types of body and frame parts for VAZ, Moskvich, Ural and ZIL, also parts for rail-cars repair. Range of products comprises: wheel arcs, side-rails, side panels, door panels, roofs, door sills, reinforcement plates, extension bars, brackets etc.
Total product range of stamping production is around 265 part numbers.
All production processes on the plant are organized in accordance with TS 16949 requirements which ensure 100% traceability and quality control on all stages of production.
The company is bringing into effect wide-scale complex modernization of production which includes the main equipment as well as auxiliary equipment. CHKPZ is implementing such processes as SMED, lean manufacturing and Kaizen.
